William was transparent and informative of the entire process I had my vehicle transported to me across the US. I had no issues and would definitely use them again for my transportation needs. For a first time user for this type of service, I was nervous, to say the least. William ensured he only considered truckers with good ratings as part of his business practice and kept me informed of their availability as my timeline pickup timeline was a moving target initially.

Matt was very efficient, pleasant, and polite. Not every auto transporter will move cars from the mainland overland to the west coast and on to Hawaii. Matt coordinated the entire trip. He kept in touch with us and even made sure we were able to communicate with the truck driver, who also did a great job. The truck driver picked up the car within 2 days after booking, even though he had to work on NYE, and promptly delivered it to Matson's in Long Beach. We are very satisfied with the service from Dependable Auto Move.

These guys are top notch professional!!! William was 100% honest and passionate about helping his customers. My 70+ year old parents were in a jam, out of state car broken down with no idea about the auto shipping industry. They contacted another carrier because of a low price, the reality this broker was not able to get a driver to pick up the tow. Their car sat in a tow company's storage yard. The potential low tow price kept getting more expensive due to daily storage fees. William confirmed a tow with in 6 hours and help ease the stress on my parents. Do not make the same mistake we did, call Dependable first you will thank me.

I needed to have my son's damaged vehicle moved from Alabama back to Louisiana. I went online to find a company that would be able to handle this and was inundated by numerous trucking/moving companies offering their services. The majority of the estimates were within $100 to $150 of each other. After looking at some reviews, and speaking to a number of customer representatives, I decided to go with Dependable Auto Move, LLC. Their price was on the lower end of the estimates, and I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of William, the representative that I spoke with. As soon as I contracted them, William began searching for a driver to handle my move. He kept me updated through the entire process so I new exactly where the search stood. Within 3 - 4 hours a driver was found and William worked with the driver to schedule the pickup and delivery times that I wanted. I was given the name and contact number for both the driver and his dispatcher, and within a half hour received a call from the dispatcher confirming the move. I was notified by the driver when he was on his way to pickup the vehicle and then to drop it off. William also kept me updated, texting me during the entire process (my preferred choice of communication). I cannot say enough about how easy the staff at Dependable Auto Move, LLC made this stressful situation for me. I am EXTREMELY happy that I chose to engage them and would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move their vehicle.
